With a journey in childcare that spans over four remarkable decades, I’ve witnessed firsthand the evolution, challenges, and incredible rewards this field offers. My adventure began fresh out of school, armed with a passion for early education and a vision to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and their families.

For over 40 years, I’ve dedicated my life to shaping young minds, fostering environments where curiosity blooms, and laughter fills the air. My career has been a colorful tapestry of moments filled with joy, learning, and growth—not just for the little ones, but for myself as well. It’s this journey, rich with experience and insights, that led me to create Customized Early Education.

It’s simple: I saw a gap, a need for a more tailored, personalized approach to childcare—a system where the workforce was dinishing more and more every year. I had to make sure that the unique needs of each child were not just recognized but celebrated. Quality childcare does just that. This type of quality care could not disappear for the children and families in our communities. Customized Early Education was born out of that need to change and evolve the early childhood ecosystem. By providing a unique and yet necessary workforce option to help support and save our child care system.
